The food demonstration is an important part of your grade! Throughout the semester, you've been learning various cooking skills and now it's the time to put those on show. You will need to find a recipe that teaches a new skill or shows a new food that highlights your chosen country, and present the making of the food to your class. You should present your recipe in cooking show format and be sure to fill up the quiet time with extra information about your country. You are responsible for the ingredients for this dish, and your recipe idea must be approved by me. There are several online resources that you may use to help you find an appropriate recipe, and remember to think outside the box!
